Agencies of any size who desire to host our courses can invite dispatch personnel from other PSAPs to the training. As the Host Agency, you receive two Complementary Seats for every 20 paid registrants when hosting a 1-day course, and one Complimentary Seat for every 10 paid registrants when hosting a 2-day course.
Many states (including Michigan) are adopting training standards that make it mandatory for dispatchers to attend courses in stress management and suicide intervention, so you can expect good turn out when your sponsor our core curriculum courses.
Reach out to build relationships with surrounding PSAPs by hosting an Institute course soon. We make hosting easily manageable with our free hosting package.
Costs - within the state of Michigan:
One day courses, per seat: 190.00
Two day courses, per seat: 349.00
Costs - outside of Michigan:
In addition to above course fees, hosting agency is responsible for instructor travel and lodging expenses.
Cancellation Policy: full refunds are provided when written (or emailed) cancellations are received by 911 Training Institute more than 15 calendar days prior to the training day. Agencies will receive credit in the amount of the registration fee toward future training if cancellations are received on or later than 15 days before the training date.

You may choose to sponsor 911 Training Institute if you are a larger PSAP looking to provide mandatory training in our core curriculum topics for your own agency. (although you are certainly welcome to invite dispatchers from other PSAPS to attend) This option offers great cost savings when class size reaches or exceeds 16 students.
Sponsoring Institute courses at your agency is easy since there is no processing of individual registrations or payments to outside vendors. And sponsoring means that your dispatchers learn in the convenience of their own community.
Sponsorship of training exclusively for your 911 center also builds team unity and allows us to customize the course content and approach to best meet the needs of your center and personnel.
Costs - within the state of Michigan
Flat Fee is per class/course with up to 35 students, $169 per each additional student - one day course; $339 per each additional student - two day course
One day course: 3500.00 (= to 175.00 per student, if 20 students enrolled, or 117.00 per student if 30 students)
Two day courses: 6500.00 (= to 325.00 per student if 20 students enrolled, or 217.00 per student if 30 students)
Costs - outside of Michigan:
In addition to above course fees, sponsoring agency is responsible for instructor travel and lodging expenses.
Cancellation Policy: agency may cancel without penalty if written notice is received by 911 Training Institute more than 30 days prior to the training date, However, the agency will be responsible for a cancellation fee of 25% of the agreed flat fee in the contract if written cancellation is received by the Institute less than thirty days prior to the scheduled training date.
