We share great respect and gratitude for each other at the 911 Training Institute--and that inspires our best work. Each of our administrative team members and instructors are united by our passion for giving our very best to support the greater First Responder Family.
We recognize every EMS Professional as people created with great worth, doing extraordinary work that places them at great psychological risk and deserving of extraordinary resources enabling them to meet the demands placed on them.
We place the highest value on creating a learning environment that inspires 911Pros to grow; and because of the high psychological intensity of our courses, we are devoted to expertly creating emotionally safe classroom experiences in which courageous 911Pros can choose to relate personally to the class material and to each other.
We value the intelligence and unique lived personal experience of each student in the classroom--from the newest to the most veteran dispatcher. So no one "attends" our courses; each class member participates as a "co-teacher" who can make unique contributions to every discussion borne of their own perspectives, expertise, curiosity, and desire to learn.
We value incorporating adult-learning activities into our training which invite students to activate critical-thinking skills fostering that dynamic, interactive co-teaching experience that boosts the class experience's value for all involved.
