The Leaders' Post Tragedy Care Resources

9-1-1 and EMS leaders are realizing they need to be just as systematic assuring the wellbeing of their people after High Impact Events as they are in running their agencies. And that means doing more than debriefings following Line of Duty Deaths, mass casualties and natural disasters that tax your team to their max. To secure your responders' mental health, morale, and performance,  we must have a gameplan for assessing their well-being and securing the resources they need in the weeks, months and even the year after.

That's why 911TI responded to this request by creating the Post-Tragedy Care Checklist and other resources. We then contributed this to the National Emergency Number Association (NENA) new Wellness Continuum where it be accessed by all at no cost. To download this resource now, click here.
