911TI is excited to share our Spring conference tour.
Every Spring, several chapters of the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials (APCO) and the National Emergency Number Association (NENA) hold annual conferences in different states. These two membership organizations, along with other associations and organizations in the 911 industry, encourage 911 professionals to attend their conferences for training, networking, and collaboration for professional development and personal growth.
Conference committees often seek to identify speakers with knowledge and expertise in specific fields who will provide an extraordinary learning experience, but also make it engaging and fun for attendees.
This year, Jim Marshall and Ryan Dedmon will be making several appearances at conferences across the nation, delivering keynote addresses and breakout sessions. Their mission is to equip attendees with skills to help optimize professional performance at work and personal wellness at home.
"I've had the pleasure of meeting Jim Marshall and Ryan Dedmon. They are two outstanding advocates for living a successful and productive life as a 911 first-responder. Their knowledge of our industry allows them to understand the stressors behind the console. They share experiences and teach the skills for all first-responders to survive and thrive!"
If you live in the region of any of the conferences listed above, we invite you to come see us and spend time with your 911 Family outside of the communications center. Be sure to visit the respective websites for the conferences above and register early. We look forward to meeting you and encouraging you in your service.
