2024 Course Fees (per person):

One day courses: $259 in-person; $239 live-virtual

Two day courses: $425 in-person; $379 live-virtual  

Three day courses (excluding CPS): ​$619 in-person; $559 live-virtual

Certified Peer Supporter (CPS 3-day course): $719 in-person; $649 live-virtual

The Certified 911 Peer Supporter

  • July 9, 10, & 11, 2024 - Live-Virtual Training; Instructor Jim Marshall; 8am-5pm ET. NOTE: this class has two prerequisite classes: The Power of Peer Support and Survive & Thrive Stress Resilience Training. Both prerequisites must be taken prior to taking this class.

Course Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Any registration cancelled more than 21 days prior to the start of the scheduled course will receive a refund of fees paid minus a $25.00 administrative fee. Cancellations received less than 21 days prior to class will not be eligible for a refund but will receive a full class credit to be used towards any future 911TI class. "No shows" to class are not eligible for a refund or credit. Attendee substitutions may be made any time free of charge.
