Survive & Thrive Civilian Response is a dynamic, science-based stress resilience training specifically created for civilian employees at public-safety agencies. This four-hour virtual course empowers civilian employees to confront job-related trauma and build healthier ways to manage stress. This course is designed to meet the unique needs of civilian employees working in crime scene/forensics, real-time crime centers, crime/data analysis units, investigation divisions, or patrol/traffic operations.

This one-day interactive course breaks away from the old "suck-it-up" mindset in public-safety, empowering first-responders to confront job-related trauma and build healthier ways to manage stress. This condensed version of Survive & Thrive: Comprehensive is offered to meet the needs of busy first-responders with limited availability.
