Dr. Rick Janka

Dr. Richard Janka is the Chief Executive Officer of the 911 Training Institute, leading operations and partnerships nationwide. A licensed clinical psychologist and Faculty Chair, he specializes in resilience, peer support, and emergency mental-health training for 9-1-1 and public-safety professionals. Dr. Janka also serves as Clinical Director at Solid Ground Counseling in Michigan and as a mental-health consultant to multiple law-enforcement agencies, including the Michigan State Police.
