This training provides veteran first-responders with a comprehensive framework for understanding the long-term psychological impact of service, navigating the emotional code of the profession, and preparing for a healthy transition into retirement. Participants explore trauma exposure, emotional intelligence, burnout, communication patterns, and evidence-based strategies for resilience and post-career wellbeing.

Who is it for?
First-responders with at least 15 years of experience and/or those approaching retirement age/years of service.

A course whose primary objective is to rejuvenate the veteran first responder, to provide burnout recognition and mitigation skills, and to provide psychological education regarding the lifecycles of first
responders.
